  OPERATIONS MANAGER

As an Operations Manager working with Empire Security, you will be responsible for achieving Key Performance Indicators through effective service delivery in your defined area of responsibility.
 
Your duties will include:
 
• To ensure that all site survey & risk assessments are carried out on the assignments before any Security Officers commence their duties.
 
• To make sure that Assignment Instructions are agreed with customers and that any temporary amendments to the contract are received in writing from the customer.
 
• To carry out interviews of personnel applying for Security Officer positions and recruiting suitable personnel as and when required. Make sure the details recorded on the Application Form are checked to verify the applicant can be screened to BS 7858.
 
• To ensure that the discipline procedures defined within the Contract of Employment are implemented and maintained.
 
• Investigate customer complaints and record results. Where necessary liaise with the customer, making them aware of the progress and actions being taken.
 
• Train Security Officers for new assignments.
 
• Be responsible for the first line managers who work during non-business hours.
 
• You will report to the Operations Director.
